What payment methods are available?

Mercado Pago

• You can pay with credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Naranja, Nativa, etc.), debit cards, or with the available balance in your Mercado Pago account..

• Enjoy up to 6 interest-free installments on all purchases (no minimum amount required).

Bank Transfer

• You can also pay via bank transfer. Once you complete your purchase, you’ll see our bank account details. After making the transfer, simply send us the payment receipt so we can confirm your order.

• Please make the transfer within 24 business hours after placing your order; otherwise, it will be automatically canceled. If you need a little more time, just let us know so we can keep your order active.

• Receive a 15% discount on store and web prices — combinable with all ongoing promotions.

Cash Payment

• You can pay in cash when picking up your order at our showroom. Please do so within 48 business hours after your purchase; otherwise, your order will be canceled. If you need extra time, just let us know so we can hold your order.

• You can also pay in cash upon delivery only if you select the “Neratta Express” option, paying the courier both for your order and for the shipping cost (if applicable). Once you select this option, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery (available only within Buenos Aires City and Gran Buenos Aires).

• Receive a 20% discount on store and web prices — combinable with all ongoing promotions.

• If you’d like to pay with foreign currency (USD, EUR, BRL, etc.), please contact us to confirm the exchange rate of the day.
