If you chose to pick up your order at Palace Recoleta, you can pick it up directly without prior notice during our business ours. If your order isn't ready yet, we'll prepare it inmediately.
If you chose Neratta Express (our own logistics) as your shipping method, we will attempt to deliver directly within the nex 24 business hours. In case of delays or if you're not at home, Neratta or the delivery person will contact you to arrange a new visit.
If you chose Ship Now as your shipping method, you will receive an email with a tracking link when we ship your order. If you didn't receive or can't find the trecking email, please contact us so we can give it to you.
